Not a chance in hell, honestly.

Even if we DO run out, we'll do a second batch. (In the unlikely event that we ship out all 500 of the initial bookplates, I'm thinking of asking Brian to do a second bookplate for a second run...how's that for mixing comics with novels? I'm thinking like Marvel!)
