: Greg, did you ever run across a Canadian TV pilot (not sure if it was a series) created by Chris Haddock called "Intelligence"? Klea Scott and Matt Frewer (formerly of "Max Headroom") starred in a story which mixed espionage with political backstabbing. Scott, for example, is an intelligence service head whose underlings are trying to undermine her for career gain.
Oops. As it turns out, "Intelligence" has nothing to do with espionage and is more of a crime drama. But the career backstabbing is still there. Also, "Intelligence" has become a Canadian TV series with 13 episodes being broadcast.
Haddock, for those vaguely familiar with the name, created the well-received crime series "Da Vinci's Inquest."
