: : I wrote a longer message but unfortunately found that it was eaten. So I'll be much more brief here -- I finished "Patriot Acts" today and wanted to know if there were any plans for Bridgett. "Shooting at Midnight" remains one of my favorite novels, and Bridgett one of my favorite characters. 

: : With the three year gap in "Patriot Acts" and the complete absence of Bridgett, without so much as a mention, I was definitely left wanting to know where the character has been. 

: : Here's hoping we'll find out in either the next Kodiak novel, or (however unlikely), Ms. Logan will receive her own story, completely removed from Atticus Kodiak. "Shooting at Midnight" used the two narratives to great effect, but with that three year gap...it seems as though there is the potential for massive changes in the character's life. An awful lot can happen in three years, after all.
