There is actually an oblique mention of both Bridgett and Erika in the novel, but it is, as I say, oblique.

I plan on getting back to Bridgett and Erika in the future. Given how things left between Bridie and Atticus in CS, the next time they come face-to-face, it's going to be a very different reunion.
