There's a newsletter going out which explains the error, gives the proper address, and attempts to answer your question.

Quick version is this--if you don't get your mailed receipt/SASE back in a reasonable amount of time, we'll have something set-up through the website to rectify the situation. I really--REALLY--am unhappy that this happened, and I really--REALLY--want to make sure that everyone who sent for a bookplate gets one.

So we WILL work this out, I promise!
