: I had a beautiful Christmas. Candlelight mass on Christmas Eve (with a very peculiar sermon that left everyone scrathing their heads. :)). The children performed a pageant that was just adorable. When the Angel announced to Mary that she was pregnant, Mary pantomined a sort of "I'm WHAT?!" reaction that broke the place up. We saw Peter's family and mine, and our son Shadrach spent the entire weekend with us. We have new Christmas kittens, which was incredible! Though we also felt terribly sad at spending our first Christmas without our beloved cat "Garbo", who had to be put to sleep recently because of a cancerous tumor after seventeen years of being the best friend and companion a pet could possibly be.
