Duplicate and Missing Pages -"A Gentleman's Game"

First time I have read a Greg Rucka book. The book was quite good until the end of page 134. I say this because the next page is 71 followed by 72, 73 etc.. until page 102 where it jumps to 167. I have no idea where this book was purchased (travel frequently) so returning it is out of the question.. What should I do?
