Hi, Jason!

You can try exchanging it for an undamaged copy at any bookstore. While rare, this does happen enough so that bookstore clerks know what to do (or should :).

The Random House website gives this advice:

Please contact our customer service department at this address: customerservice@randomhouse.com and include the book ISBN and title in the email.

Please let me know how it works out!
