: Among the Dramatic Presentation Hugo nominees at this year's World Science Fiction Convention (L.A. Con IV) were such items as "Wallace & Grommit: The Curse Of The Were-Rabbit," "Serenity," "Battlestar Galactica:  Pegasus," "Doctor Who:  Dalek," and "Doctor Who:  The Empty Child and The Doctor Dances."

: Winning for Best Dramatic Presentation (Long Form) was "Serenity."  Joss Whedon couldn't be present to accept the award, so Morena Baccarin accepted the award in his place.  The link to the acceptance speech is below.

: Winner of the Best Dramatic Presentation (Short Form) was the "Doctor Who" two-parter "The Empty Child and The Doctor Dances."  

: Congratulations to both of the award winners, which will be pleasant news for some readers on this board who are also fans of one and/or both of those works.  Now if only the Sci-Fi Channel or here!TV could bring to American viewers the Captain Jack spinoff series...
