: : It's been years since I've read the original Fleming novels but effete?  I'm not disagreeing but I think that's what Hollywood did to Bond.  As I recall, Tara might not have had too much disdain for Fleming's Bond.  That said, she's the original tough chick and much more interesting, imo...

: They've got to be talking about the movie Bond. The Bond from the novels is hard-as-nails.
