Hi Jared!

Parker's Silent Joe won the Edgar, too, and I'm partial to that one as well as the new one, The Fallen, and the first one I read, Summer of Fear. I would have suggested a Matt Scudder before Hit Man or Hit List, given what I'm guessing I know about your taste. Why don't you try Eight Million Ways to Die or When the Sacred Ginmill Closes? Ginmill is Block's favorite of that series, too.
