"Drama" addicted

I accidentally discovered Atticus Kodiak at a Parisian bookstore that specializes in English books. "Critical Space" was the title. Like everyone of you, I just could not put the book down.... and rushed to that same store to order all the remaining novels of the Atticus series.... I later quenched my thirst with the Q&C novels too! Now, I have discovered a strong liking for the "Drama" character in "Critical Space. And I keep my finger crossed that "Drama" will be in the next Atticus Kodiak "Patriots Acts". I hated that she got maimed, but am hopeful to see her alongside Atticus again. Now, can you,ladies and gentlemen, suggest of other thrillers in which the plot features a woman assasin? I have at least read another novel, where the main character is an ex mob executioner, who embarks on a vengeance streak after her husband gets killed at her wedding. Cannot remember the title our the author, but good plot.
If you have any suggestions, please come forward.
